This one is all over the place weird & I'm here for it. Lime citrus zest. Back to young oak and that oiled leather. Palate: Strange viscosity here. Cinnamon spicy pie crust. Ripe pear is definitely apparent. Really syrupy but thin & fruity still at the same time. While the strange nose was really fun, it's less enjoyable on the palate. Citrus and weird spoiled fruit sit into a young oak. I know Brian is a fan of the unique finishes, but this one is not for me. Time to hike back down this mountain! Rating: 2/5
