- Blanton's Straight from the Barrel Bourbon Review
This pour was added courtesy of Phil Acin. Nose: Creamy fruit from across the table - I already like what I smell. On bringing the glass to my nose I get a rich, deep earthy caramel. Alongside the spice there is a subtle mint smell as well that leaves the nose feeling cool. You better believe I am pouring the other 1oz of this now. This is delicious.
- Evan Williams Single Barrel Vintage Bourbon Review
: Barreled 11/21/12 in barrel no. 1484 and bottled on 9/15/20; it was put into my glass on 7/7/2021 Nose Mouth coating is sparse, but up around the gums a dry, sour molasses sticks around. The copper pot aromatics of the nose also factor into the molasses delivery. Very mellow at its exceptionally low presentation proof, this is a pour many could relax to. Rating: 3/5 I think if I was really tired from a long day of exertion, this pour would be more of a hit

- Un-Gnome Whiskey: A Mystery Blind Review #5
@amongstthefernsco poured me something blind tonight and I'm so ready. Nose: Stone fruit forward. Very sweet bourbon aromas at the start. I almost want to keep letting this change on the nose, but the lack of exciting punchy aromas are also This pour feels moody. Deep inhales present a light cotton aroma I recognize a bit. What happened to those sweeter fruit from the first nose? That smoked incense has returned.

This is a store selected barrel pick from Wyman's Liquors Nose: Mmm, very caramel forward. Palate: Oh yeah, a lot of that same powerful caramel from the nose, with an added layer of maraschino The biggest proponent of this pour is the strength and consistency of the caramel note. Yum!
